how to order
1. How can I search for an article on the website?
There are several ways to find articles on our website. Below is an overview of the options:
a) Search by keyword in the search bar at the top of our home page.
b) Search by category. In the orange bar below the search bar are all categories for which we have articles. By clicking on one of these categories you can search more specifically and more specifically for your desired article.
c) The homepage contains links to our offers.
2. Can I order by mail?
Yes of course!
Unfortunately we have not brought our full range to the webshop, we are very active with that every day, but the market changes very quickly and we are happy to respond to that. So if you can't find something, or if you have a specific question or wish, feel free to send us an email, we are here to help you!
3. I can't find an item, color or size. Can this article still be ordered?
If an article cannot be found on our website, it is unfortunately not in stock or has not yet been entered into the system.
But feel free to send us an email, we will make sure that we can help you as soon as possible!
4. Is it possible to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped by us. You can contact us via the contact form or by e-mail until the dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel and you will have to return the order.

5. I receive an error message while paying, what can I do?
First check if the money has gone from your bank account. If that is not the case, something has gone wrong with your payment and your order has not been received.
If your money has been debited but you have not received a confirmation email from us, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or by email. Then we will do what is necessary to help you further.
6. Can I use a voucher or discount code in the webshop?
The voucher contains a code that you can use online at step 1 under "shopping cart", the same applies to a discount code. Enter your code here and it will be processed immediately. The unique code on the voucher is at the top right. This code is unique and can only be used once. You can of course also use the coupon in the shop!
7. Why is there a different VAT rate since 1/7/2021 if I order from an EU country outside Belgium?
Since 1/7/2021 there is an agreement between the EU countries that for all private sales to other EU countries the VAT rates apply in the country of the EU customer. That is to say, for a customer who orders from the Netherlands, the rates of 21% apply to both fishing equipment and feed. For a customer from Germany, the rate of 19% applies to fishing equipment and feed. For customers in Belgium this is 21% on fishing equipment and 6% on feed. So at checkout you get a current overview of the correct rates that apply for your country.
