1) ROBBY FISH BV chooses to have parcels delivered by works in Europe (UK = Royal Mail) together with the best network partners.

3) Can I choose home delivery?
Absolutely. But also for collection in a Local Collect or Post Office of your choice. You have 2 weeks from the delivery date to collect your package during the opening hours of the Local Collect or Post Office.
4) What is a collection point and how does it work?
A collection point is a shop / petrol station that you choose where you can pick up your order. Select as delivery method and then the option Local Collect or Post Office. You will then see an overview of all possible Local Collect or Post Office with their opening hours. The shipping costs are automatically calculated depending on your total purchase amount.
You will always find a Local Collect or Post Office (newsagent, flower shop, wine shop, petrol station, supermarket…) in your area where you can pick up your ROBBY FISH order.
For return packages:
When your package has been delivered (in any European country or UK), you can also return it in a Local Collect or Post Office (you will receive the return procedure via email from our customer service!)
5) Do I pay shipping costs?
For a correct cost calculation, mail to [email protected]!

6) When will my order be ready to be received at home or collected at the collection point?
Most orders usually ship after 3 working days! If the items are available in our warehouse, your order will arrive at you quickly.
If an item is not in stock, you will be notified -> see “Item not in stock”.
You have opted for delivery to a collection point; then you can follow your package via the tracking module. As soon as we have given the package to, you will receive an email about the status of your shipment.
7) Can I return my purchase?
See the section “Returns and Refunds”.
8) Will it cost money to return my order?
No, you can return your package free of charge only if ROBBY FISH BV gives written permission and a return label.
If it concerns your entire order, we will refund the full amount, except for any shipping costs you paid (except island surcharges).
If you want to keep one or more items on your order, we will refund the paid cost price of the returned items, except for any shipping costs you paid (except island surcharges).
Have you ordered an item at a certain discount? Then of course you will only get the amount that you paid.
9) How does ROBBY FISH BV refund a return?
The customer service will inform you about this further and reimburse you via the payment platform that is connected to our webshop.
10) How does a return work?
You must repackage the items that you want to return in the original packaging or in an alternative packaging that is very resistant to damage! Incorrectly returned items will not be refunded if they arrive broken.
Stick the return label (obtained from ROBBY FISH customer service) on the box.
Then you take your package to a collection point to send it to ROBBY FISH BV.
Be sure to ask for proof with the tracking code on delivery of the package!
When the package is returned undamaged to ROBBY FISH BV, they will refund your purchase, except for the shipping costs.
