When using tubing to pin the main line to the lakebed and protect the fish's flanks, it is crucial that the tubing does not slide up the line; otherwise, the main line could catch under the fish's scales and cause injury. The Tubing Lead Clip prevents this upward slippage. It features a special system designed to clamp the tubing securely. A locking mechanism can be inserted into the side of the clip; closing the clip then locks both the tubing and the swivel in place, preventing them from sliding out. The precision-fit tail rubber ensures the lead can release if it becomes snagged on an obstacle.
