Guideline Reach Stillwater

Reach Stillwater's tapering is based on 4 Cast, Guidelines' most popular fly line of all time. Reach is a versatile line that is suitable for a variety of fishing applications. It is suitable for sea fishing and calm waters due to a very well-balanced weight distribution in the lump, but also works very well in medium to large flowing waters. The line's profile and tapering make it easy to load the rod with fine control and it gives a slightly delayed roll-over of the line bow for good throw lengths and good precision.

This together with a 3 meter long ´handling line´ directly behind the lump which is tapered down to a thin shooting line with low friction gives you long throws without effort. The line has a different color of lump and sliding line so that you can easily identify the transition between the parts and therefore facilitate the throw. The line is equipped with small factory-made loops at both ends and has ID marking about 50 cm up from the tip.

Reach has an advanced, gradually tapered lump of medium length which in combination with a well-balanced and thin firing line provides a perfect line for fly fishermen who are looking for good performance for sensible money. The lump length including back tapering varies between 10.5 - 11.4 m depending on class. The color of the lump is Pale Sunrise Orange and the light gray firing line. Available in Liquid version in classes WF 4-7. Total length 28 meters.
