Today, more than 60 people (mostly anglers) work at Dynamite in design and development, production & distribution, and sales & marketing. The entire bait world has changed tremendously in recent years, but we specialize in boilie production, and we can still say that every boilie we sell is produced in-house (just outside Nottingham, England). Some of the best anglers continue to use Dynamite and work with us as they have for many years; Terry Hearn and Rob Hughes, to name just a few. We also work with many anglers from a wide variety of countries and appreciate every input regarding the design and creation of new product ideas to ensure that Dynamite continues to lead the bait market.
