Poseidon had retractors made at Boomerang Tool Company in California, USA. Why there? Because Boomerang has the best price-quality ratio of all the zingers we know (and there are a lot of them – we actually know all the zingers on the market). And because 'made in the USA' really means 'made in USA'. The Boomerang retractors are inexpensive and they always work. No wonder, because the designs are extensively tested - pulling out over 1 million times (!). That is quite a lot: just calculate with 35 times per fishing day, then you will fish every day for 78 years (hurrah) before you get the same amount of pulls.
